We belong to the Aeres Groep, a green knowledge centre that focuses on education, research and various commercial activities.

We educate future-oriented and innovative natural talents who have a professional eye for sustainable development. They are capable of making responsible decisions and are aware of the consequences of their actions on society and their immediate environment.

We strongly believe that we can contribute to society by educating people who can make responsible decisions in a complex world. We achieve this by educating our students in the context of their professional environment and by preparing them for work in this professional context.

With students from countries in Europe, North and South America, Asia and Africa the courses are varied and combine both theoretical and practical training. In order to prepare students for their future careers, every course includes a full-time traineeship in a middle management job.

Aeres University of Applied Sciences’ students in Dronten are housed in the international campus within walking distance to the university. Students live with more than 20 different nationalities on campus and this gives them an international experience. The university wants their students to feel at home and graduate as academics, with both international and practical experience.
