In the Certificate in Swiss Pastry and Chocolate Arts offered on the Lucerne Campus of the Culinary Arts Academy Switzerland, students develop advanced skills in baking and pastry, from traditional Swiss pastry through today's modern recipes and trends in plated desserts. You will also learn to prepare and present advanced chocolate and confectionery.
The Certificate in Swiss Pastry and Chocolate Arts runs over two terms (22 weeks) and includes foreign language instruction plus a six-month paid internship in Switzerland. This Certificate is accredited by the American Culinary Federation Education Foundation.
