Bachelor Program in Culinary Arts
With this bachelor program in culinary arts, you can choose an educational path of excellence to become a culinary specialist. In three years, you'll acquire all the culinary know-how and management competencies necessary to succeed as a chef, a manager in the international restaurant industry, or to open your own establishment.
The first year of study forms the basis of your culinary skills and knowledge. During the second year, courses are focused on the various themes relevant to the food service industry and the fundamentals of management. Both the first and second years include internships, and in the final year your new knowledge and skills will be put to the test in a reflective and creative project.
Applicants will need to:
- Hold a French general or technology baccalaureate, or equivalent.
- Be aged 18 years or over at the beginning of the first internship.
- Pass the entrance examination.
