Campuses
Manukau Institute of Technology has five campuses across Auckland, so you don't have to leave your neighbourhood to start studying. Many of our campuses and study facilities are located right in the heart of industry for the skills, networks and contacts you need.
- MIT Otara (Newbury Street, Otara) – The main campus for Manukau Institute of Technology, incorporating North and South Campus
- MIT Manukau (Corner of Manukau Station Road and Davies Avenue, Manukau) – Business, Digital Technologies, Nursing, Health and Counselling
- New Zealand Maritime School (Commerce Street, Auckland City) – Domestic Maritime, Marine Engineering, Nautical Foreign-Going and Logistics
- MIT Mangere (Mahunga Drive) – Plumbing, Gasfitting and Drainlaying.
Accommodation
Make yourself at home at the Student Village, MIT's safe and sociable student accommodation available to students of MIT. Our affordable modern accommodation is a great way to become part of a friendly community and to build lifelong friendships. Living at the Student Village puts you right in the heart of student life, so you can make the most of your student journey.
The Village has 14 fully furnished, self-contained houses with nine single bedrooms and a shared lounge and kitchen. Each house has two wings, both with a toilet and shower, and laundry facilities. Each bedroom has a computer desk, wireless internet, a single bed with bedding and a wardrobe. And for your leisure and convenience, each house has a lounge with a television and phone, and common room facilities are available for all residents.
