Middlesex University is a large London university, with additional campuses in Dubai and Mauritius. Middlesex University was granted the royal charter making it a university in 1992 although its history in higher education dates from 1878.

Middlesex University's flagship campus at Hendon in north London and our three other campuses nearby offer a broad range of courses through our four academic schools of Arts and Education, Business, Engineering and Information Sciences, Health and Social Sciences and the Institute for Work Based Learning.

As part of Middlesex University's heavy investment in its campuses over the last few years, a state-of-the-art, environmentally-sustainable new home for arts and media courses is being built at the flagship Hendon campus.

The latest Research Assessment Exercise found that 77 per cent of Middlesex University's research was “internationally recognised”, due in part to the University's significant investment in research staff and facilities.
