The Culinary Collective is a new and distinctive cooking and hospitality school built around our globally recognised food culture, and the new ways people like to eat, drink and be entertained. NSIA and NZMA, the two largest and most successful cooking and hospitality schools in New Zealand have joined forces and leveraged 30 years of industry experience to launch The Culinary Collective.

Studying with us will give you not only the techniques and skills required in the industry, but the confidence working to walk straight into a commercial kitchen environment when you graduate.

Begin with a foundation course in Cooking or Bakery and work your way up to Level 5 to advance your techniques. Then take your passion further with a Level 6 Diploma, and learn the process of taking your food dream from concept to reality, learning a ton of core management skills along the way.
