Operational facilities such as lavish banqueting halls, a grand theatre, fully equipped wet and dry spas and multiple restaurants, enable students to gain a fully encompassing hospitality operations education.
The school shares both of its campuses with IHTTI School of Hotel Management students. Collaborative learning is a leading education approach at SHMS – IHTTI, where students will share certain classes and work together on major events and banquets throughout the year.
The historic Caux Palace campus overlooks the Swiss Riviera in a beautiful former palace hotel. The Leysin campus is housed in two former hotels in the stunning Swiss Alps. Both campuses offer modern facilities and a learning environment equipped with the latest technology.
The Bachelor’s degree, Master of International Business in Hotel Management and Master of Science programmes are awarded by the University of Derby, a leading UK University in the fields of tourism and hospitality. The hotel management courses have also been developed with the support of leading hospitality companies like Six Senses Hotels & Resorts and Walt Disney Parks and Resorts.

Caux campus is located in the historic Caux Palace campus overlooking the Swiss Riviera in a beautiful former palace hotel and a short train ride from the city of Montreux with its shops, restaurants and cosmopolitan lifestyle.
The Leysin campus is housed in two former hotels in a well-known ski resort. Leysin offers students a wide range of recreational and sporting activities in a setting surrounded by stunning alpine scenery. Located in the French-speaking area of Switzerland, Leysin is easily accessible by train from Geneva and Zurich airport.
All accommodation is designed to offer students the comfort and privacy needed for study or to simply relax. Bedrooms are spacious, modern and comfortable; all are non-smoking. Accommodation is located in the main campus building and also in external buildings, all within walking distance.
The Leysin campus offers a range of different room categories right in the heart of the mountain resort. All accommodation is modern, comfortable and spacious to enable students to feel at home.
